Objectives

  • General Objective

    •   General serological objective of SLE-treated patients in Egypt treated with the Describe the socio-demographic, clinical and currently used therapeutic characteristics traditional and / or with biological drugs. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of therapies

  • Specific Objectives

    • Primary objectives

        Transversal phase Assessment of the permanent damage and comorbidity rallies of Egyptian patients Perspectival phase Analyzing the impact of clinical and serum manifestations on accumulation of permanent damage complicate comorbidities, quality of life survival of the patient

    • Secondary objectives

        Transversal phase to require synthesis tests currently available to us, evaluating their possible differences in relation to clinical serological subsets, morbidity and center of origin of the patient Perspectival phase, the therapeutic strategies employed in patients with SLE in daily cynical practice, and the reasons for the introduction & the duration of treatment.

    • Inclusion criteria

        for the inclusion of clinician and clinical patients and Diagnosis of SLE formulated on the basis of the clinical judgment of a serological documented Duration of disease less than 10 years.

    • • Clinical settings (outpatient / hospital / center analysis)

    • Analysis of the primary outcome

        Primary outcomes will be estimated as a mean therapeutic delay and as a probability (risk) of achievement of the target / or adherence to recommendations and 95% confidence intervals
